Yes! In new PQ-FMEA+ it is possible. The latest version lets you add faults in the tree automatically. All you need to do is finish the description with “a” letter when adding another function (“z” for Polish descriptions). The program will complement the function with a description “in accordiance with specification” automatically and create 3 faults:

above specification
below specification
out of specification

Now you have to decide which method of defining faults is suitable to a specific function.
